To use AB Bundles App & Bundle Upsell, you must have a valid Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Development and test stores verified by Shopify receive free access to all features while they remain eligible. The plan for live stores costs $14.99 USD every 30 days after a 7-day free trial and includes all features, with no usage, order or revenue limits. Paid subscriptions are approved and billed through Shopify.

AB Bundles App & Bundle Upsell and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of AB Bundles App & Bundle Upsell. You retain ownership of your store data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your store data as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AB Bundles App & Bundle Upsell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AB Bundles App & Bundle Upsell from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may uninstall the application from your Shopify store at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
